Information You Give Us

When you place an order: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number (if provided). Online payments are processed by our payment processor. Card details go directly to the processor - we never see or store your full card number. Payments at in-person events are processed by Square.

When you sign up for our emails: your email address and, if you provide it, your name.

When you contact us: your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site. These come from our ecommerce platform and from the analytics providers we use to see which pages are useful. None of them are used to identify you personally by name.

How We Use Your Information

To fulfill and ship your orders; to send order confirmations and shipping updates; to send marketing email if you have opted in (every one has an unsubscribe link); to respond when you contact us; to improve the site; and to comply with the law, including age requirements and state-by-state shipping restrictions.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the business run - our ecommerce platform, our payment processor, our email provider, our analytics providers, and our shipping carrier - each under its own privacy policy. Beyond that, we disclose personal information only if the law requires it.

Your Choices

You will only receive marketing email if you signed up for it, and every one includes an unsubscribe link. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, and you can opt out of analytics tracking. Some features may not work without cookies.

Age Requirement

Our products are for adults. This site is not directed at anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.

Terms of Service

1. Who Can Use This Site

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or purchase our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you and the recipient are 21 or older.

2. Our Products

ARC Farms sells hemp flower and hemp-derived tinctures grown in Tucson, Arizona, containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, verified by third-party testing. Our products are non-intoxicating. We do not sell THCA or Delta-8 products.

3. Health Disclaimer

The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before using hemp products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

4. Drug Testing Notice

Our products are full spectrum and contain trace amounts of THC, within the federal legal limit. Trace THC can accumulate in the body and may cause a positive drug test. If you are subject to drug testing, consult your employer or testing provider before using our products.

5. Shipping Restrictions and Your Local Laws

Hemp laws vary by state and change frequently. We do not ship to states where our products are restricted - current lists are posted on our product pages, FAQ, and at checkout. You are responsible for knowing the laws of your state and locality.

6. Ordering and Payment

Online payments are processed by our payment processor. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion; cancelled orders are refunded in full.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship via USPS; most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the carrier.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARC Farms is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with disputes resolved in Pima County, Arizona. Content on this site belongs to us or our licensors. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here.

Refund & Return Policy

We are a small farm, and we stand behind what we grow. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right. Here is how it works.

Returns

Because our products are consumable, we do not accept returns. This protects every customer - no product that has left our hands goes back on the shelf. If there is a problem with your order, we will fix it with a replacement or a refund.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing something, email us at tyler@arcfarmshemp.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item - your choice.

Lost Packages

All orders ship with USPS tracking. If the carrier confirms a package is lost, we will replace the order or refund it in full.

Order Cancellations & Restricted States

Email us as soon as possible to cancel; if your order has not shipped, we refund in full. Orders placed for delivery to a restricted state are cancelled and refunded in full.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
