We cannot ship flower to California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wyoming due to state regulations. Tinctures currently ship to the same states as flower: state rules prohibit tinctures in 12 of the excluded states, and while our shipping setup applies one list to every product, we expect to open tincture shipping in the other 7.

Yes. You can travel within the U.S. with hemp flower and CBD products that contain less than 0.3% THC. We suggest keeping them in original packaging with lab results on hand. For international travel, check local laws before flying.

Because our products are consumable, we do not accept returns - and if something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
