From hang-drying and resting to the bottle, every ARC Farms product is handled by our own team, in our own facility, at the plant's pace.
Hang-dried in cold, dark rooms
After harvest, whole plants are hung to slowly dry in cold, dark rooms. Slow drying in cool darkness protects the flower: terpenes stay intact, chlorophyll breaks down gradually, and the flower keeps its color, density, and aroma.
Trimmed by the people who grew it
Every bud is carefully hand-trimmed by our team. Hand work takes longer than machine trimming, and the difference shows in the finished flower: intact trichomes, preserved bud structure, and a clean trim that follows each flower's natural shape.
Rested in a cool, dark room
Once trimmed, the flower is packaged into glass jars and rested in a cool, dark room. This stage is designed to preserve and refine cannabinoids, unlocking the full synergistic effect while enhancing the smell and flavor profiles of the natural terpenes and flavonoids.
When your order ships, the packaging carries that care the rest of the way. Smaller sizes (3.5g) ship in glass jars, and every order of 7 grams or more ships in Grove TerpLoc curing bags - humidity-controlled packaging that holds terpenes and trichomes in place from our facility to your door.
Solventless extraction - ice, water, heat, and pressure
Our tinctures are made using a solventless extraction method that starts with ice and water to separate the pure trichome heads from the dried flowers. That hash is freeze-dried to lock in terpenes and flavonoids, then pressed into rosin between stainless steel plates using low heat and high pressure. Chemical solvents never enter the process.

Every strain we grow is tested by Full Spectrum Lab LLC in Tucson, our tinctures are tested by SC Labs in Santa Cruz, and state compliance testing runs through Motzz Laboratory in Phoenix. The certificates of analysis are posted on our site and linked from every product page.
